		<description>Barack does sound good when he speaks, but he definitely speaks in generalities.  I'd definitely like to hear more substance as far as how he intends to pay for all the stuff in his "budget", though Democrats (and sadly, many Republicans as well) seem to lack basic arithmetic skills when it comes to dealing with our Nation's money woes.  I'm fairly certain that rolling back tax cuts for the wealthy will be insufficient to pay for universal health care (though I'd love to see the math).  

Furthermore, I don't see how someone such as Barack, who has a record of voting "present" as opposed to "yes" or "no", can really take over as Commander in Chief which demands a certain amount of conviction and resolve, no matter how much "hope" or "change" you may want.</description>
