That’s the last year that Senator John Kerry from Massachusetts passed a bill - any bill - into law in the Senate. For the rest of us, not doing our job for NINE YEARS might be a firing offense. In November, we have a chance to hold John Kerry to the same standards we have to abide by ourselves.
